The purpose of this work is to study the electrochemical characteristics of electrode materials with different physico-chemical properties that were synthesized using the microwave method. The paper presents the results of electrochemical studies of electrode materials for lithium-ion current sources with a layered structure (LiCoO2) and with spinel structures (LiMn2O4, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4, Co3O4) and olivine (LiFePO4, LiCoPO4) obtained in previous stages using microwave radiation in combination with solid-phase and citrate synthesis methods.
