Bogatsky, Physico-Chemical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 New 3-substituted benzodiazepines were synthesized: 3 alkoxy, 3-arylamino, 3-arylidene (hetarylidene) -1-alkyl-3-acetoxy, phosphorylated 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones and 5-styryl-3-arylidene 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones. The structure of the compounds obtained is established by a complex of physicochemical methods of analysis, including X-ray diffraction analysis. On the basis of the data obtained, two of the most promising compounds for extended pre-clinical trials were selected: 5- (2'-chloro) phenyl-3-propoxy-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one (007) and (3Z) -3 (4-chlorobenzylidene) -5 - [(E-2 (4-chlorophenyl) vinyl] -1,3-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one (925).
