The technology of realization of the receiving-transmitting modules in the form of radio-frequency MEMS microassemblies has been implemented. Sketch design documentation was completed, experimental samples were made. Correction of draft design documentation based on test results was carried out. The developed equipment provides reliable, secretive and secure communication in the system up to 24 subscribers at distances up to 3 km in the frequency range from 250 to 500 MHz using frequency channels with a width of not more than 1.75 MHz and provides in each channel multiple access with a bandwidth of at least 1.5 Mbps. The equipment is built according to the modular scheme "hands free". Weight not more than 1.2 kg.
