The article of research is professionally-psychological readiness of policeman (forms, methods and facilities) to official activity. Research aim to carry out the analysis of efficiency of existent methods and facilities of determination of professionally-psychological ready of workers of police condition to official activity, to offer the ways of optimization and expediency of their use in practical activity. Research methods are select, coming from put in-process aim and tasks, taking into account his object and object : theoretical analysis of problem on the basis of study of the historical, philosophical, normative, special, department, applied and psychologist pedagogical literature, scientific developments from a theory and methodologies of studies and education with the aim of generalization of theoretical questions in relation to forming of professionally-psychological readiness of policeman to official activity; analysis of department normative and methodical documents, archived materials, anonymous questioning of workers of territorial organs of the National police of Ukraine, generalization of front-rank experience of practical work of the most skilled teachers, instructors-methodists, inspectors from official preparation, and also psychologist pedagogical watching organization of educational process with the aim of exposure and determination of the state of the investigated problem. Got results: a manual in that the question of providing of professionally-psychological readiness of policemen is exposed to official activity is prepared. Theorist methodological principles of range of problems are considered, the analysis of efficiency of methods and facilities of determination of professionally-psychological ready of policemen condition is carried out to activity. The theoretical and applied aspects of forming of motivational are reflected, personality, cognitive and operational of constituents of professionally-psychological readiness of workers of police, directions of increase of efficiency of professionally-psychological preparation of policemen and advice are offered in relation to providing of them the personal safety in the separate situations of official activity.
