Provisions have been made for lexicographic effect of lexical-grammar type to integrate semantic and syntactic dictionaries. Based on the theory of semantic states the principles of operational definition of word meaning and semantic similitude of different word meanings have been outlined. The conception of electronic syntactic dictionaries (conceptual model of electronic syntactic dictionaries) has been developed.
