The aim of the work is to develop a mobile small-sized discharge impulse equipment for the spur destruction of ore soils by electrical discharges initiated by high-energy mixtures. The effective parameters of the effect of electric discharges on the destroyed ore soils are determined. The initial data for the development of mobile small-sized discharge impulse equipment for the drilling of ore soils has been established, and technical documentation has been developed. The originated equipment provides for HVEE energy release up to 500 kJ, while the consumed energy per one discharge is 0.0016 kWh. The scientific novelty of the work is to determine the minimum costs of electrical energy capacitor, ensuring the destruction of ore soils.
