The aim of the study - is to develop a mechanism of changes in the structure and composition of phases in multi-phase systems under non-stationary conditions; development of the quasiclassical theory of vibrational-rotational spectra of molecules. Research methods - mathematical methods of theoretical physics; the approximate analytical methods of operational calculation, a method of power series, and also numerical methods; mathematical modelling. From the new point of view semiclassical rules of quantization taking into account quantum corrections and nonadiabaticity of Berry phase for rotation energy of molecules with octahedral symmetry are received. It is found that the distribution of static liquid pressure in a centrifugal vortex chamber has a complex character: the cavitation area is a hollow truncated cone, inside which is a cylindrical steam vortex. It is concluded that the cavitation region must exist at the surface of the vortex, where is the intensification of the cracking of hydrocarbons. Dependences of changing concentration of carbon are received at various rates of formation of a protective coating. The mathematical model of calculation of temperature fields of a multilayer design is developed at extreme thermal influences. The problem of non-stationary heat conductivity is solved at extreme influences. A numerical model of filtration and heat transfer in the aquifer that is used as seasonal storage of thermal energy. Effective methods of calculation of parameters of hydrotransport in polyethylene pipes are developed.
