The purpose of work is the search of reserves of improvement of the industrial enterprises activity and the increase of their efficiency for the problem solution of management competitiveness. Research methods are dialectical, historical approach, method of analysis and synthesis, statistical, financial, method of classification and comparison and also methods of economic and mathematical modeling. The concept of the competitiveness management of industrial enterprise has been formed. The synergetics approach to the management functioning of the production and economic system of industrial enterprise at the creation of the competitive products has been offered. The basic constituents for increase of the products competitiveness by technical and economic parameters have been exposed, that allows to create the organizational and economic mechanism of the efficiency increase of implementation of the scientific based administrative decisions on competitiveness. The recommendations to perfection of the industrial enterprises activity, which take into account the risks of economic activity of modern period have been grounded. These recommendations are directed on the perfection of the economic mechanism of competitiveness increase of industrial enterprise with account: choice of the organizational form of the economic activity realization, adequate setting of the labour norms, development of the enterprises innovative potential, perfection of the informative and account providing, increase of the economic efficiency and scientific level of technological processes.
