The purpose of work is to identify ways and methods of prevention and minimization of man-caused environmental impact of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and the development of organizational and technical measures of surveillance and control of the technological state of the "Shelter". Methods of research are statistical analysis method of system analysis, physical modeling, analysis method and evaluation method of comparing the data.
