During the implementation of the research work, the experimental laboratory stand of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was adapted to the needs of the project's tasks. The design of a new source of plasma and a plasma-optic filter compatible with the source has been developed. Thanks to the works performed, it became possible to proceed to the source tests and to study its operating parameters.
