For that purpose, complex investigations of plasma parameters are performed for two different designs of plasmaoptical filter (of plasma lens type, and on a basis of hollow cathode discharge) using optical and electrophysical methods developed in frame of the project. Obtained results evidence that in the developed plasmaoptical systems almost total crushing microdroplets in vacuum arc plasma flow is achieved. At that large droplets (> 1.5 ?m) are completely removed, and just a small fraction of medium sized droplets (0.5 - 1.5 ?m) remains.
