The aim is to improve the organization, normative and technical bases of the metrological assurance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods - system analysis of technical and normative bases of units reproducing and traceability system, methods of mathematical modeling, methods of measurement theory, methods of digital signals processing. The main results of research are: propositions to improve of units transmission system from Armed Forces of Ukraine reference standards to working standards; amendments to the draft of Development Program of the Armed Forces of Ukraine standard base; performance objective for military standard "Metrological assurance. Ammeters, voltmeters, power meters accuracy class 0,2 and 0,5 of the electromagnetic and electrodynamics system. Calibration procedure"; performance objective for military standard "Metrological assurance. AC thermal converters. Calibration procedure"; draft of amendment to the Long-term plan of scientific and technical activity in 2017 of the Metrological Centre of Military Standards of the Ukrainian Armed Forces; draft of Manual for organization of scientific and technical activity in the field of metrological assurance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results can be used both in military and in civilian areas.
