The purpose of the work is mastering of improved production technology of pressed calcia-stabilized zirconium dioxide products. As a result of carried out in 2015 year researches (work № 2.10-3-К-1.2-2015-VN), in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A. S. BEREZHNOY" at pilot batches making has been mastering of improving production technology of pressed calcia-stabilized zirconium dioxide products brand TsК (according developed in 2015 rev. № 3 to the TI 24-IO-158-2008 with rev. № 1, 2). Manufactured products are characterized by indicators properties, the relevant technical requirements of TUU 23.2-00190503-406:2016, and are intended for quartz glass production furnace. In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A. S. BEREZHNOY" have been made pilot batches of: on TI 24-IR-183-2010 with rev. № 1 refractories from ZrO2 stabilized by Y2O3 with indicators properties, the relevant technical requirements of TUU 23.2-00190503-405:2015 and consumer; heat insulating powder with grain size 5-2 mm from ZrO2 stabilized by Y2O3 and by CaO with indicators properties, the relevant requirements of the consumer, intended for aggregates of growing single crystals; refractory crucibles from ZrO2 stabilized by CaO and heat-insulating powder with grain size 2-0.5 mm from ZrO2 stabilized by CaO with indicators properties, the relevant requirements of the consumer, intended for melting platinum and platinum group metals; on TI 24-IO-238-2014 with rev. № 1 refractories from fused monoclinic ZrO2 with indicators properties, the relevant requirements of the consumer, intended for quartz glass production furnace. These refractory products have been supplied to consumers in the domestic and foreign markets (exports to Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation). The work should be continued in the direction of further improvement of production technology high-refractory zirconium dioxide products, expanding the volume of their production and application.
