The work purpose is an improvement of the technologie of heatinsulating castable on microporous anorthite aggregate with apparent density less than 1.3 g/сm3. Methods of researches are chemical, petrographical, XRD, physical-mechanical. Thermodynamic calculation of probability of formation helenite or anorthite is executed at interaction kyanite and sillimanite with monoaluminate and dialuminate calcium or with calcium hydroaluminates. It is established, that from the thermodynamic point of view in stoicheometric mixes on all considered reactions the probability of formation both anorthite and helenite is high, thus in low temperature areas interaction kyanite and sillimanite with calcium hydroaluminates is more probable. By results of researches of phase formation processes at heat treatment of a binding part of a heatinsulating castable mix it is established, that in mixes hydrated cement of brand VGTS-73 with disthene-sillimanite concentrate of brand KDSP and hydrated cement of brand VGTS-73 with pearlite interaction with formation anorthite begins at temperature 1200 °С. In a three-componental mix of hydrated cement of brand VGTS-73 with disthene-sillimanite concentrate of brand KDSP and pearlite formation anorthite occurs already at 1000 °С. Use of three-componental mix of VGTS-73 with KDSP and pearlite in a binding part of heatinsulating castable mix allows to receive anorthite at lower temperatures that provides stability of castable in the carbonic environment and stability of the linear sizes in service. The technology of heatinsulating castable on microporous anorthite aggregate is improved. The results of the executed researches allow to improve quality of let out production. Taking into account of results previously the executed and present investigations the necessary standard documentation is developed. The trial lots of lightweight products and heatinsulating castables are released according to the agreements with the enterprises of the Ukraine. The properties of production corresponded to requirements of the standard documentation and conditions of contracts. Production is prepared and transmitted to customers in the financing volumes. Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the technologies of refractory lightweight products and heatinsulating castables, expansion of their application places.
