The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the movement of dust particles in the flooded streams atmospheric flows. The features of microstructure and phase distribution of chemical elements in pulsed plasma tungsten-containing coating on high-iron are studied. The spectral characteristics of ZnO nanopowder particles deposited in a magnetic field are described. The mathematical model of solidification of the metal droplets formed with electrical discharge plasma pulse on heated metal substrate is developed.
