Among the achieved results, it should be noted that the elaboration of an educational qualification program for the preparation of bachelors and masters in the specialty 073 "Logistics Management", which is one of the first educational qualification programs, contains the main requirements for organizing the process of training students in this specialty in Ukrainian higher educational institutions according to the systems Standardization of higher education in the leading European universities; Logistics Competency Models in accordance with European Logistics Certification Standards (ELAQF Qualification Standards for Logistics), which organizes modern international requirements for a set of knowledge, skills and competencies of a logistics specialist; Logistic Competency Model in accordance with the National Qualification Framework, which contains system and competency-structured logistics qualification levels; The concept of sustainable development of logistics management in the conditions of globalization, taking into account the current requirements of the labor market to the recruitment of competences of logistics management specialists. The obtained results of the research can be applied in the educational process of Ukrainian universities, which issue bachelors and masters in the specialty 073 "Logistics management" and in the work of the personnel management units of national enterprises and companies operating in the field of transport and logistics.
