The aim of the work is to develop the research measures for resource saving and technical solutions in the housing and communal services sector. Experimental and theoretical studies were conducted in the laboratories of the Department of Heat, Gas Supply and Ventilation Systems, at the customers' objects for scientific products. The main scientific results of the research were the study of physico-chemical processes of wastewater treatment on models, developed technical solutions, the study of the relationship between the technological parameters of these objects' operation. The novelty of the scientific work results is to establish the regularities and determine the constants of the theoretical and empirical dependencies of the investigated processes. The obtained research results are used in the materials of scientific publications and in the educational process. The developed technical solutions are oriented on the use at the treatment facilities of urban, rural and industrial sewage, on the objects of heat and gas supply, in systems of heating and ventilation.
