The aim of the work is to develop methodological principles and organizational mechanisms of portfolio investment as a tool for financial sustainability of the Ukrainian economy. Research methods are: system-structural method, logical method, comparative analysis, forecasting method, graphical analysis. The result of the work is to improve the methodological provision of portfolio investment as a tool for financial sustainability of the Ukrainian economy. Novelty of the results of work: is to solve a scientific and applied problem in developing the methodological basis of portfolio investment organization in order to ensure sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy. Interconnection with other works: individual results were reported at scientific and practical conferences, published in scientific journals. Recommendations on the use of results of work: based on the research carried out, methodological approaches to the use of responsible portfolio investment in order to ensure sustainable economic development can be substantiated.
