Subject of research - spectral radiation masks of RED main digital and analog radio technologies and the possibility of their use in automated systems of radio monitoring. The purpose of the research: creation of the basis of spectral masks of radiation of the RED of the main radio technologies and automation of their construction to improve the monitoring (monitoring) in the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies of Ukraine. Methods of research - methods of statistical synthesis and analysis, analytical review. The report shows the following results: - in accordance with the "Plan for using the radio frequency resource of Ukraine", generalized requirements of basic and basic general standards for technical parameters of transmitters of 22 major digital and analog radio technologies and developed spectral "masks" of classes of their radio-exposure; - in accordance with the developed spectral "masks" of radio frequency classes according to the data base of the frequency assignments of the UCRF, a tabular form of the information base was created with the data on the parameters of the spectral masks of radio emission and the allowable values of the deviation of the assigned frequencies for each of the types of REDs; - the database of the information basis and algorithm of the automated formation of spectral masks in the graphic form are developed.
