An expert survey on the problems and possibilities of professional education in the context of their integration in host communities who define the factors and motives of integration of the VPO, the conditions and organizational-economic and social mechanisms for the effective involvement of potential VPO for community development and overcoming obstacles along the way. The article substantiates the main directions of reconstruction of economy and industry of Donbass for the employment and integration of internally displaced persons, issues of differentiation of Ukrainian society and the need for its integration in the context of problems of professional education, formed the basis of the national integration policy and the overcoming of distinctions.
