Description

The object of study is examination of cases of violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection from unfair competition". The conceptual approaches to the definition of unfair competition in countries legislation are exposed; the types of unfair competition actions and the features of their qualifications; that is evidence in the cases are analyzed. Proposed public policy measures aimed at the prevention of unfair competition. The models to ensure the rights of business entities and consumers for fair competition in the world are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the improvement of procedural principles to prevent and suppress unfair competition in Ukraine. Analytical materials on the improvement of mechanisms for the protection of fair competition in Ukraine, on ensuring effective result of legal regulation, as well as the transparency and predictability of enforcement are the result of research.
