The aim of research is to develop a system of biotechnological regeneration of plants of essential oil rose varieties to obtain virus-free regenerants using complex methods of meristem culture under in vitro conditions and to study a morphogenetic potential of tissues and organs under in vitro conditions. Methods of research - a method of culture of isolated cells, tissues and organs in in vitro culture, enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), anatomical - cytological, anatomical-histochemical and biochemical methods. The significance of the obtained results is in developing of a biotechnological method of creating virusfree planting material of essential oil rose as the most effective non-traditional usage of methods of cell and genetic engineering, which allows improving the quality indexes of varieties and species, increasing the rate of reproduction and obtaining valuable plants without harming the environment.
