Based on justification of technical solutions structural and functional diagrams station and its structural components were developed. Technical requirements for structural components of the station: transceiver unit, modem device, antenna-turning device power supply were developed. The algorithm for programming digital chip modem, Viterbi decoder on FPGA using VHDL language was designed. The software of the encoder and decoder of Reed-Solomon code, QAM modulator- demodulator performed in the language VHDL for implementation in FPGA was developed. Working design documentation portable troposphere communication station and its components: the modem device; antenna-rotating device and the power supply; transceiver unit were designed.
