The processes of transport and oxygen accumulation in nanocrystals based on cerium dioxide were investigated for the first time by methods of optical spectroscopy. The processes of oxygen accumulation in nanocrystals based on cerium dioxide were shown to depend significantly on both the size of the nanocrystal and the type of impurity ions.
