The procedures for certification of characteristics of the obtained samples have been developed. A number of manufacturing methods for the production of photo-induced gratings was developed. The experiment in manufacturing of diffraction grating from the particles of Ag on the surface of the gel composition Sylgard -184 has showed positive results.
