Developed a scheme of synthesis of nanocomposites based on nanosized hydrophilic silica, oligosugars (sucrose, raffinose) and albumin (serum albumin blood of cattle). It is established that the direct modification of these biomolecules on the silica surface is the key to creating environmentally friendly nanocomposite for use in technology long-term storage of the gene pool of animals in the pig, as additives to cryomedia which contribute to increasing the viability of reproductive cells. Nanomaterials provide optimization media in technology cryopreservation of genetic material of native breeds of pigs at the cellular level. The viability reproductive of cells after freeze-thawing (sperm activity) is increased by 10-15 %, the formation of embryos of farm animals in vitro 15.1 %. The results of the study work are composite for the realization of the research programs of the National Academy of agrarian Sciences of Ukraine "Preservation of the gene pool of animals." The developed technology is recommended for introduction in practice of selection work in pig breeding of Ukraine and use in government programs for preservation of biodiversity and assessment of the balance of agroecosystems.
