Infertility in marriage is a unique problem in medicine, related to two factors: firstly, this pathological condition defined health status of marriage in general; secondly, the reproductive health of women largely depends on a number of social factors that stand out for its socio-political significance of the general problem of public health, since it is directly linked with the health of newborns, and therefore, the future of the nation and the state. Background sterile marriage is not in doubt. Currently, Europe is infertile for about 10% of couples in the United States 8-15%, in Canada - about 17%. In Ukraine, according to RA Moiseenko (2004) Frequency of infertile marriages among couples of reproductive age is 10-15%. In some regions of Ukraine, the figure is close to 20% - the level, defined as critical and adversely affecting demographics. Today the leading cause of female infertility in the first place came endocrine disorders. According to the World Health Organization endocrine disorders leading to infertility in 35-40% of cases. One of the main factors of endocrine infertility are: inadequate secretory transformation of the endometrium and anovulation. The latter is a result of violations of the mechanisms of central regulation: folliculogenesis, ovulation phase transformations and yellow body. A pathological changes in the endometrium connected, with inadequate luteal phase deficiency and receptor link, so the presence of chronic endometritis. Among the many endocrine disorders that occur in pregnancy, most scientific and practical importance are the symptoms, hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogenism. The main reason that leads to developmental disorders and antenatal fetal distress is placental dysfunction. This syndrome almost always accompanies pregnancy in women with endocrine infertility in history. Placental dysfunction - pathophysiological phenomenon that consists of complex trophic disorders, endocrine and metabolic functions of the placenta, leading to its failure to maintain adequate, sufficient exchange between the mother and fetus. The data will be the basis for further development of pathogenetically reasonable methods of forecasting and prevention of placental dysfunction. Product Description popup.authors Задорожна Т.Д.
