Provided clinical and epidemiological, sociological studies on state of, reproductive health of fertile aged women with violations of the autonomic homeostasis. We have also studied in this work state of microbiota of urogential organs, state of immune system, hormonal supplement of menstrual cycle, mechanisms of stress loading, and morphological changes in women with violations of the autonomic homeostasis. Provided studies of different organs and systems related to changes in reproductive health and connection of retrieved changes with a stste of autonomic homeostasis. For women with violations of autonomic homeostasis and changes in reproductive health in complex therapy of violations of autonomic homeostasis we used acupuncture. Developed complex of treatment and prophylaxis showed high efficacy. Based on the results of study we developed treatment and prophylaxis program and principles of pregravid preparation focused on improvement of reproductive health in women with violations of autonomic homeostasis.
