Ultrasound Doppler markers of posthypoxic damage of nervous and cardiac systems were defined and introduced. For the intensive care units the algorithm of strategies and tactics of differentiated approach to the diagnostic and correction of posthypoxic polysystemic damages in preterm neonates less than 32 weeks of gestation depending on the phase of adaptation with the use of the complex of laboratory and instrumental data, especially ratio NAD+/NADH, indices of cerebral and abdominal regional oxymetry, Doppler ultrasound, was worked out. Due to the outcomes of provided investigations, concerning peculiarities of the neonatal period flow in deeply and extremely preterm neonates and differences in their growth, development and forming of morbidity, the algorithm of assessment of readiness of preterm infant to discharge from the hospital and medical-psychological follow-up during the first year of life was created. The complex worked out scientifically proved stage program of psycho-physical rehabilitation of mothers and their premature born infants was introduced into practice, its effectiveness was proved.
