Purpose - to develop methods for the use of electro processes in electrical complex biological processing heterogeneous mixture, which should cause the creation of special electrical facilities that will improve the quality and productivity in crop production. Achieving the goal will be realized through the study of electro biotechnological processes in the system, which forms a biological object under a high electric field strength, magnetic field, and provide ground energy saving and environmentally friendly use of electro-technology processes in processing crops. The task of research is scientific justification electro biotechnological processes in the system, which forms a biological object under a high electric field strength, magnetic field in the electro-technological complex, which will help develop scientific and technical principles influence the material processing to create environmentally friendly energy-saving systems to improve productivity, efficiency, storage and processing of agricultural products. The basis of the research will be based methods of technical electrodynamics, structural - functional simulation, regression analysis, numerical methods of integration analytically given functions, analysis and optimization of processes, characteristics and modes of energy conversion electric field in the chemical, thermal and electromagnetic energy in biotechnical system. The paper will be investigated and electro-thermal processes in the system to a biological object under the influence of high electric field strength, magnetic and electromagnetic fields. Processing results of theoretical and experimental studies will be based on the use of software Borland C ++ Builder, Mathlab, Mathcad, SQL, Curve Expert, Advanced Grapher, Statistica 6.0.
