The aim of the study is to development of new methods applied correction antioxidant and immune protection of animals by studying its formation from birth to maturity and physiological effects on neural regulation of these processes. Methods of study is the physiology (study of higher nervous activity and tone of the autonomic nervous system of pigs), hematology (the study of hemoglobin, red blood cell and white blood cell count pigs), immunology (study of bactericidal and lizotsym activity of blood serum, the phagocytic activity of neutrophils and number of circulating immune complexes blood pigs), biochemical (research performance antioxidant body), statistics (determination of average values and their errors of probability, correlation, single-factor variance and regression analysis). It is established that the activity of enzymatic antioxidant defense system in erythrocytes of pigs weak type of higher nervous activity is at a much lower level than the animals severe types of higher nervous activity during the period of research. Intensification of lipid peroxidation at weaning reduces the activity level of antioxidant hlutationovoyi animals of all types of higher nervous activity. These data suggest regrouping cortico-vegetative regulatory mechanisms of adaptation of pigs in terms of technological stress factor that deepens existing knowledge about individual mechanisms regulating immune responses in pigs. Developed and experimentally established optimal dose of nanocomplex vitamin E (micellar form of encapsulated ?-tokoferol acetate). Adding to the diet of animals 180 ml micellar solution of vitamin E (vitamin E concentration of 0.25 kg/m3 at a dose of 2 ml / kg) for 30 days enhances the concentration of vitamin E in blood plasma at 22.38% (p <0.05) compared with the control group sows, which is 11.04% more than in sows treated with alcoholic solution of vitamin E. The proposed micellar system with encapsulated vitamin E has a probable impact force to the content of lipid peroxidation products as a result of which the red blood cells reduced the content of diene conjugates and Schiff bases.
