The results of the experimental work were summarized. It showed that the modernization of the lesson as the main form of organization of educational process, other organizational forms of education and methods of educational interaction contributed to the optimization of educational process in primary school on the basis of competence approach. The results of processing experimental data revealed the difficulties of students and teachers in achieving the results of competence-oriented learning. The key ones are the following: insufficient training of teachers, modeling a competence-based lesson; attempts to apply the leading methods and techniques, forms of organizing learning activities of students without taking into account the content of the educational material that students should learn; difficulties in determining the purpose and the objectives of the lesson in relationship to the intended outcomes. According to the identified difficulties corrected didactic and methodological aspects of experimental models. Theoretical and experimental results are summarized and presented in the manuscripts of monographs and textbooks, scientific articles and conference papers.
