The regulatory framework of research was developed, namely, the program and the methodology of the study, the terms of reference, individual plans of the department employees. The educational institutions for the pilot study were determined, and an agreement on cooperation and carrying out the experiment in the framework of the research "Scientific and methodological support of the pre-professional training of high school students" was signed.
