Aim - to develop a new generation of composite of twofold purpose with 2D and 3D structure of carbon cluster with high absorbing characteristics. Methods: liquid phase method of obtaining composites with homogeneous distribution of filler with the previous ultrasonic dispersion and orientation of nanocarbon filler in the polymer matrix by applying electric and magnetic fields; scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy to study the structure of composites; conductometric method for determining the DC electrical conductivity of composites. Using Monte Carlo simulation the factors affecting percolation threshold in ternary composites consisting of a polymer nanotubes and graphite nanoplatelets as a conductive filler were sistematically studied, the conditions for a synergistic effect were determined. The optimal parameters of manufacturing the composite materials with given distribution of metallized nanocarbon filler were determined.
