Structure properties of composites consist of MoS2, TiS2, TiO2, Ni(OH)2 and porous carbon material were studied by Raman spectroscopy. The composite "porous carbon material - spinel" was elaborated and its conductivity and capacity characteristics were estimated. Hybrid electrochemical capacitor with anode Li1,2Mn1,8O4 reveal maximum of its specific energetic characteristics: specific capacity - 19.7 mA*h/g, specific energy - 23 W*h/kg, specific power - 38 W/kg (for current density 3 mA/cm2). Spectral-luminescent and thermomechanical properties of "cellulose-K2Eu(PO4)(MoO4)" was studied for starting composites as well as for those functionalized by pyrolysis. Influence of fluorination on luminescence properties of ZrO2:Eu and composite material "cellulose-ZrO2:Eu" was studied. The possibility of applying of "cellulose-oxide material" composites as luminescent materials for white light emitting diodes was analyzed. It is shown that luminescent cover "cellulose- K2Eu(PO4)(MoO4)" changes chromaticity coordinates of blue LED from (x=0,157; y=0,018) to (x=0,262; y=0,224).
