The dependence of the characteristics of the surface laser-induced structures on the laser-processing regime has been determined with the aim of the preparation of quasi grating structures with predetermined parameters. The gain coefficient of Raman scattering of organic dye deposited on the laser-induced metal structures has been determined depending on the laser-processing regime. It is shown that low-frequency shift of phonon lines in Raman spectra of the composite sample of gold-silicon is caused by the quantum size effect confirming the formation of the silicon nanoislands during laser processing of the sample surface. It is found the threshold phenomenon of transformation of gold nanocylinders, namely their transformation into spherical particles, under the influence of femtosecond laser radiation of high power. Practical recommendations for formation of laser-induced surface structures with predetermined parameters have been formulated.
