Synthezied fibres of diborides of transitional metals (ТіВ2, ZrВ2) with the transversal diameter of 100-200 nm. Comparative analysis of energy efficiency for cnsolidation of nanocomposites by the methods of hot-pressed and spark plasma sinteringwas carried out. The conditons of refractory nanopowders consolidation in MW-field (2,45 GHz) has been investigated. The features of structure formation are estimated for nanocomposite materials at microwave sintering.
