Research methods are: analytical assessment, implementation of copyright software products, creation of automated databases and basic cartographic materials based on GIS and AutoCAD. For the first time on the basis of monitoring of natural systems was developed a comprehensive scientific-methodological basis for the protection and assessment of impact on environment during design, construction and operation of wind farms.
