Purpose - to replenish the National Information Fund of Ukraine by the current state and retrospective bibliographic resources, providing libraries and other state bibliographic institutions with international exchange of bibliographic information, provide consultations on bibliographic descriptions of different documents types. Methods - analytical and synthetic processing, system analysis, bibliographic identification, selection, monitoring, bibliometric analysis, bibliographic description and material grouping. Results: current bibliographic databases, electronic catalogs of all media types; State bibliography for 2015-2016; consolidated database of information for 2016; thematic bibliographic database of publications about Belarus and Belarusian language for 2016; retrospective database editions of the State Archives Fund of printed periodicals for 1958, Fine arts and cartographic editions for 1947-1948, sheet for 1921, Yiddish language book publications for 1930-1931; analytical reviews based on bibliometric analysis of public databases bibliography for 2015; "Guidelines for the compilation of bibliographic records for abstracts theses", "Drawing of bibliographic records of books and brochures for catalogs and files: guidance", "Preparation and editing of bibliographical manuals in publications: guidelines"; annual report on the SW implementation. Scientific novelty: for the first time in Ukraine created the databases of state bibliography of all kinds of publications for 2015-2016; formed thematic bibliographic database of publications about the Republic of Belarus for 2016; modified current bibliographic information built on bibliographic databases; developed analytical reviews based on bibliometric analysis of public databases bibliography for 2015, guidelines for bibliographic description and preparation and editing of bibliographical manuals in publications. The results may be used by: public authorities, libraries, universities, publishers, academic institutions, the National Book Chamber of Belarus and other users of information in Ukraine and abroad.
