The work purpose - establishment of the main regularities, creation of models and enhancement of engineering procedures of forming of structure, structure and functional properties one - and multicomponent polymeric substances, including enhancement of methods of production, handling and matching of technological process parameters of receipt of ingredients of polymeric composition which would provide optimization of the modes of conversion and reproduction of the level of physicomechanical properties set by specifications. Research methods - standard methods of determination of physicomechanical and tribotechnical properties of a composite, electronic microscopy for a research of structure of developed composites. In work influence of technological methods of forming of composition for the purpose of increase in constructional stability of future composite is researched. Influence of mechanical activation of a matrix, fillers of various chemical nature and composition on structure and operational properties of PTFE-composites is revealed. The optimum modes of process of mechanical activation of a matrix, fibrous and disperse fillers are set. It is shown that developed composites with mechanoactivated by ingredients on the level of durability, wear resistance and durability significantly exceed analogs.
