Methods: common clinical, ultrasound, roentgenologic, radiolodic, microbiologic, biochemical. Basic conditions for phosphate recurrence are pyelonephritis and alkaline reaction of urine. There was stated the direct dependence between magnesium containing and calcium containing calculi and microbe spectrum of urine, resistance of uropathogens. There was proposed pathogenetic two-stage plan of metaphylaxis against PN, with stages of early pre-operative and remote metaphylaxis, the efficacy of which is 16% of PN recurrence during 1 year following-up.
