The calculation of the strength of connections with a tightness depending on the geometry of the form error using the finite element method with systems CAD / CAE. 2. Creating a model coefficient of friction depending on the geometry of the contact area and the contact pressure is variable. 3. Verification of the results influence the geometry of form errors on the strength of the field of experimental samples in the laboratory. 4. Provide advice and designers of high-speed machines for the normalization error of geometry shapes of parts critical joints. 5. Establishment of regulations to limit errors geometry shapes in order to obtain a guaranteed strength cylinder connections with a tightness. Methods of research - theoretical and experimental. Scientific novelty consists in the fact that the impact of the errors found geometry forms the seating surface on the strength of connections with a tightness collected induction-thermal method, for different sizes and shapes of errors, and the various dimensions of the connection. The theoretical significance of the research is the use of computer modeling FEM conducted for mikrootkloneny geometry, refined model for calculating the coefficient of friction in the presence of errors geometry form the seating surfaces. The practical significance of the research is that the solution of this problem will allow to establish the impact of technology manufacturing and assembly operation connections with a tightness. These data will allow designers and engineers to choose the right connections of precision design and technological parameters of the compounds responsible destination. Normative data may be introduced in the industry as standard. The results of research and scientific results will be used at the enterprises of machine-building complex.
