The object of the study was the process of PPP projects implementation in the transport infrastructure. During this work general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, such as: combination of analysis and synthesis, factorial and structure-functional analysis, methods of comparison and logical generalization, indexes, time series, graphic methods, grouping methods and expert evaluations, mathematical modeling, programming, were used. According to the results of the research a mathematical model of PPP effectiveness evaluation in transport brunch in terms of its participants and the appropriate software have been developed and tested, which will provide an opportunity to improve the feasibility of PPP projects and the efficiency of investments. The mechanism of attracting the private capital to financing the projects of transport infrastructure development on PPP basis has been improved.
