It has been shown, that during maternal organism thyroid gland hypofunction in subaceous glands of the skin of their progeny on 10th - 40th day of postnatal development there is a delay of morphogenesis and a decreased expresion of sialoglycans, reduction of ?NАcDGal and ?DGal oligosaccharides on the background of fucose glycans exposition. Experimental hypothyroidism has induced a reduction in exposition of aDMan and aLFuc by the cells of adrenal glands parenchyme, stimulated the activation of immune processes in lungs, which appeared in increased level of SBA positive alveolar macrophages and LABA positive dendrite cells in BALT system. Experimental hypothyroidism suppressed expresion of WGA lectin receptors in perinuclear zone of cardiomyocytes, which shows the modification of their functional activity. In structural components of hematoplacental barrier, in investigated group of recurrent pregnancy miscarriage, has been discovered the highest expression of WGA, GNA and PFA lectin receptors in compare with sporadic miscarriage and artificial abortions groups. Pttg-1 gene knockout in kidneys has been accompanied by increased exposition of LCA and PNA lectins receptors, reduction of LABA, WGA and SNA receptors, showing the impact of pttg gene production on processing and exposition of glycopolimers in kidney structures, which can influence on primary urine ultrafiltration processes. Perioral intake of therapeutic doses of Loratidin caused an increasement of mass of the spleen's white pulp with emersion of signs of antigene stimulation, which manifested in appearence of germinal centres in lymphatic nodules, activation of antigene presenting dendritic cells. GNA and PNA lectins can be recommended as selective histochemical markers of activated dendritic cells of rat spleen. Structural components of the eyeball revealed polimorphism of neurons of the retina ganglionic layer and deposits in their pericaryons, deposition, the carbohydrate determinants - L-Fuc and NeuNAc. During L-thyroxine exposition revealed a slightly lower reactivity of multipolar neurons with SNA and PNA lectins.Lectins SNA and LABA can be recommended as a selective histochemical markers of multipolar neurons and WGA lectin - of amacrine and horizontal cells of the retina.
