Methods - complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental investigations, which provides the consistent receiving of the information about the state of the liver and other organs and systems. The practical significance of the results - it is justified the expediency of the conducting for the patients with liver cirrhosis (LC) the complex examination of the liver to determine the severity of the lesions: clinical-laboratory - for the verification of the severity of hepatocellular insufficiency and instrumental - for the determination of the portal hypertension severity using the integrated ultrasonic Doppler-floumetric examination of the abdominal cavity vessels (Pat. N 73518 Ukraine, IPC 6.8 A61V, A61V 10/00) and the site program "Hepatoport" (http://hepatoport.16mb.com), and also to identify the syntropic co- and polymorbid syndromal and nosological lesions of other organs and systems, that determine the life expectancy of the cirrhotic patients. To clarify the pathogenetical role of the autonomic nervous system it was developed and introduced into the clinical practice "Method of the diagnosis of autonomic nervous system disorders in patients with liver cirrhosis" (Pat. N 73615 Ukraine, IPC A61V 5/00, 5/0205 A61V, A61V 8/00). Advanced pathogenetically substantiated clinical classification of LC (M. Abrahamovych, O. Abrahamovych, 2013) in which the setting of the stage of LC is based on the assessment of the severity degree of liver injury, extrahepatic syntropies and their complications. Also it was developed and implemented into the practice with the aim to determine the prognosis of the patient with LC "Method of predicting of liver cirrhosis by daily monitoring of blood pressure" (Pat. Number 73593 Ukraine, IPC A61V 5.2) and functional class of the cirrhotic patient, that is calculated by the author's program "Liver Cirrhosis". It is reasoned the feasibility of the formulation of the diagnosis according to the proposed classification. Also it is worked out the algorithm of treatment of patients with LC. LIVER CIRRHOSIS, SYNTROPIC CO- AND POLYMORBID SYNDROMAL AND NOSOLOGICAL LESIONS, DIAGNOSIS OF EXTRAHEPATIC LESIONS IN CIRRHOTIC PATIENTS, TREATMENT OF LIVER CIRRHOSIS, TREATMENT OF EXTRAHEPATIC LESIONS IN CIRRHOTIC PATIENTS.
