It has been demonstated that that non-invasive respiratory support is not inferior tha other classic methods of pulmonary ventilation and it is better the latter on markers of systemic inflammation. Incorporation of bifido- and lactobacteria together with cetrulline maleate into the complex of rehabilitation methods, has allowed to improve quality of life and autonomic nervous system functioning, non specific immunty markers in children with community acquired pneumonia. Evaluation of the quality of life in adolescents with gastro-esophageal reflux disease, indicates a rationale to include this outcome measure in studies assessing efficacy of medical and non-drug methods of treatment of the disease. Emerging a problem of the balanced nutrition in students of primary and higher school stayed evident after processing and analysis of food habit questionnaires and revealing major food deficits, both in macro- and micronutrients.
