Research methods: hormonal (concentration of thyroxine, triiodothyronine, thyroid stimulating hormone, estradiol, testosterone), biochemical (glucose concentration, TBA-active products, SOD) in serum of rats, hematological, statistical.  In an experimental study, 48 mature white laboratory rats of both sexes in individuals of the second generation born from animals exposed incorporated iodine-131, by changing the content of thyroid-stimulating hormone, estradiol and testosterone concentrations of glucose, indicators of pro-antioxidant systems that indicate discoordination functioning pituitary-thyroid, pituitary-gonadal endocrine regulation units, carbohydrate metabolism, increased lipid peroxidation.
