Numerical methods allowing to model and realize controlle dsignal processing on the plasmon waves are developed. A numerical model of the low-frequency waves propagation in the radiation belts of the Earth's magnetosphere is developed; interaction of vestlers and charged particles within the quasi-linear theory is studied; new algorithms for the study of the electromagnetic-acoustic channel of seismoionospheric interaction are developed. It is carried out the own new measurements of the atmospheric parameters; methods for the analysis of the atmosphere remote sensing data with involvement of the satellite measurements are developed; processing of the measurements on the own station of the international GAW network is carried out.
