Physical models of processes of absorption, transfer and transformation of energy in these composite ceramic materials have been developod. The optimal in terms of conversion efficiency of ultraviolet and violet radiation compositions are proposed. Possible applications of developed oxide materials such as fluorescent converters of sunlight are studied and ways of their application onto the LED and silicon solar cells, currently made domestic and foreign enterprises, are considered.
