The result of the work is to construct and study mathematical models of elastic rigid body with a rigid body with elastic fluid compartments containing a liquid and a system of elastic solids associated with fluid and with them new mechanical effects in the dynamics of an elastic solid with a liquid. It should be noted that the mathematical model of motion of elastic solids associated with the fluid and rigid body with elastic compartments are also of independent scientific and practical interest. Many objects of modern rocket and space, aircraft, tanker and other equipment with sufficient accuracy for practical purposes can be described and analyzed in the framework of these models. The main objectives of the study, created models, checking their adequacy, effectiveness and determining the boundaries of their application, as well as the establishment of a new means of mechanical effects. For the first model of a solid with elastic compartments containing a liquid, it is planned to receive and examine the conditions of stability of a rigid body with a multilayer liquid in cylindrical tanks with an elastic foundation and elastic transverse partitions. For the second model of the system of elastic solids associated with the fluid the most important are: evaluation of the impact of environmental resistance and a perfect fluid; conditions for the stability of rotation of an elastic solid with the liquid; reception conditions for stability of uniform rotation of rigid body and rigid body with a perfect fluid; Study of stabilization of unstable rotation in an environment with a solid resistance to the liquid by means of rotating solids.
